The leaves are asymmetrical, with 3 to 5 narrow lobes, pinched at the base. The leaf blade is mottled green and grey with very narrow creamy-white margins, which are more pronounced in sunny locations.<\/p>

This ivy looks great on a trunk or old wall. It produces annual shoots of around fifty centimetres. Very hardy, it gives a greyish appearance to its support, its leaves appearing to be laid down like butterflies.<\/p>
