Le lierre du N\u00e9pal, Hedera nepalensis<\/em> ‘Suzanne’<\/strong>, est un \u00e9l\u00e9gant cultivar, assez vigoureux et branchu.<\/p>

La feuille, de forme triangulaire, pr\u00e9sente un lobe central tr\u00e8s long, surmont\u00e9 de lobes lat\u00e9raux plus ou moins d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s. La feuille mesure 8 cm x 4 cm. Elle est de couleur vert fonc\u00e9 avec des nervures grises. Elle prend une belle teinte rouge en hiver par temps sec et froid.<\/p>

C’est un lierre qui supporte bien le soleil. Il fait partie des lierres utilisables en rocaille.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cette plante a \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9e au N\u00e9pal en 1975, d’o\u00f9 elle fut ramen\u00e9e par une \u00e9quipe du D\u00e9partement de l’Agriculture des Etats-Unis. La plante poussait \u00e0 plus de 2600 m\u00e8tres d’altitude, grimpant sur des ch\u00eanes.<\/p>

Elle fut nomm\u00e9e ‘Suzanne’ en l’honneur de Suzanne Pierot, fondatrice et pr\u00e9sidente de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Am\u00e9ricaine du lierre.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        Pour r\u00e9ussir les boutures de lierre, il convient d’utiliser un substrat l\u00e9ger (pour favoriser l’enracinement) et bien drainant (pour \u00e9viter la pourriture des boutures).<\/p>

        Pour cela, vous pouvez opter pour le terreau sp\u00e9cial bouturage qu’on trouve dans le commerce. Mais vous pouvez aussi faire votre propre m\u00e9lange : un terreau ordinaire tamis\u00e9 (pour qu’il soit plus fin), plus du sable, ou de la perlite ou de la vermiculite (pour le drainage).
